Peanut Soy Sauce

This is perfect for stir fries or for dipping (tofu, vegetables, shrimp, etc.) The amounts are somewhat approximate so taste as you go.

2T natural peanut butter

2T soy sauce

1/4 cup vegetable stock (use enough to get the consistency you want)

Lime juice (about one)

1t chopped ginger

1 clove garlic, chopped

1t sesame oil

2t honey or maple syrup

red pepper flakes or chili garlic sauce

Whisk everything together, then toss with cooked rice/noodles/vegetables/tofu/whatever.
