I used this recipe to make a pesto pasta salad with shrimp and sun-dried tomatoes:
I know. Don’t even say it. It looks totally gross. It didn’t look like this in person. Or, maybe I was just really hungry. Tasted good, though. That pesto is my new best friend.
Also had an ice cream sandwich:

Pesto + pasta = perfect pairing (wow, talk about alliteration, haha).
