Preserves is usually the one with seeds. I just stick to eating real fruit, haha.</description>

		<description>I thought jelly was fake chemical stuff and jam was real fruit. It is entirely possible that I made that up. But it sounds good. I'm thinking spreadable fruit is a step above and beyond jam. Whatever that means.</description>
