Wedding
April 26, 2008 by arielle
Last night two of our friends got married. Here we are with my brother, who was the best man:
Chris miraculously managed to get through the night without stomping on his suit, although there was some minor red wine spillage during a twirling incident on the dance floor.
Needless to say, we didn’t get home until about 3:30am, which is why there wasn’t another post yesterday. I’m dedicated, but not that dedicated. At that point, I was much more concerned with eating pretzels in my bed:

I was hungry, and we couldn’t have grilled cheese because my mom was asleep in our living room/kitchen. This was, of course, a blessing in disguise.
The wedding had some of the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding. This was our first of about six weddings we have to go to this summer, and I imagine it will probably go downhill from here.
Salad, noodles, asparagus, mushrooms, snow peas and yellow peppers. And of course cake:
I know, I look very unsure about it. I’m not sure why. Cake has never done me wrong.
Then this morning, I had one of the bagels for breakfast:
Now I have to go do things that are productive, like take my mom to see something New York-ish and take Jack on a walk and go to the farmer’s market. My head hurts.

Love the pictures…and your outfit! That is some pretty impressive looking wedding food. At the last wedding I went to they ran out of food. Not a good scene.
Looks like a lovely wedding event!! Love the photograph of you looking “unsure” about the cake, haha ;0)
You look beautiful!
The food looks yummy. I hate going to weddings to find that it’s just coleslaw and crap.
Gorgeous! Stunning! You look fabulous! I remember those days when we had a wedding or wedding shower every weekend. Enjoy these years!

More outfit pics in the future?
