Empty fridge

We have no food. I would love to blame this on Chris, because he was home all weekend with nothing but time to go to the grocery store, but you really cannot go by yourself without taking a cab home, which means spending more money, which means things get cut from the list, which means possibly chocolate or even ice cream, which means I’m sad.
So, like I said, we have no food. This morning for breakfast I had this lovely assortment:
Toast, an apple, and two Morningstar sausages. Went a little nuts with the cinnamon, which is in fact not that good on sausage.
I’m actually lucky I ate at all, because my stomach is not that happy with me after a weekend of wild abandon. No pictures, sorry, but I finally had my first margarita. Followed by my second, third and fourth.
I can also report that fake bacon actually tastes better on a Greyhound bus:
But only when you’re sitting right next to the bathroom.

Aww you’re still working on that fake bacon? Your greyhound ride must not have been too enjoyable for the bacon to taste better!
Thank you. I was busy.
Drinking by myself and watching basketball.
ahh, food on buses. I once took the Chinatown bus (4 years ago…never again) from NY to Boston, and there was a huge piece of cake smushed on the floor under my feet. I had to sit on my feet the entire time. At least it wasn’t a bacon sandwich. That probably would have been worse.
glad to hear you got your margarita!
Well, at least it was a fun weekend. Oh the joys of Mondays!

Yep. Had it for lunch again today. Greyhound is never enjoyable.

Ugh, the Chinatown bus is horrible. Even worse than Greyhound. Although on Friday, I looked down and saw that there was a small child under my feet. True story. I screamed, because I wasn’t expecting to see a child on the floor, and her mom was like, “It’s okay, she just dropped her lolly pop.” I almost died.

True. Mondays are not fun.
I bought it. Yes, I marched RIGHT up to TJ’s freezer section (sneaking away from my family) and snuck it in the cart… No one knows its in our freezer. How do I go about eating this?

What did you buy? The bacon? Whatever you do, don’t eat it plain. You have to put it in a sandwich. Actually that’s the only thing I’ve done with it. But it might be good in an omelet or something…
Yes, theeee unbacon… I’m excited
Sandwich sounds PERFECT and ill let you know how it turns out tomorrow…eek!
